I have used Conroys to pack up & store then ship to the UK my 3 bedroom property from Havelock North NZ. I was very impressed with each stage of this. So when I needed to send 3 suitcases back to the UK from NZ I was very happy to contact Conroys again.. Again they took the worry out of this shipment for me. Thank you guys, keep up the good work.

1.the communication with team has been effective, the team kept me updated on the status of shipment progress
2. the staff are respectful and professional, they arrived on time, packed all the items in a professional way, I have a lots of fraigile kitchen items , none of them are broken . At the same time, the staff have great sense of humour which eased lots of stress of our massive moving process
3. the price of consigment are competitive with other removal companies . I have did research for comparison of a few of quotes . Conroy offers the best value of service .
4. removing the wrapping rubbish after delivery is part of service which is great
Booked 2 months in advance, goods picked up on 15th January but didn't leave New Zealand until March due to waiting for container to fill and weren't delivered until April. Items were required for business purposes. if I'd been advised about that potential delay the goods could have been picked up anytime during the 2 month phase they were booked in for so they arrived in the destination within a better timeframe. Apart from that the experience was good so no issues using again.

The uplift went well. We haven't yet received our shipment, and are expecting it in a few months.
Packing was done fantastic and we received all our goods as it is. Nothing was damaged and movers plus all the team was very helpful only the delivery took too long to arrived. It took almost 6 weeks to arrived to Melbourne from Auckland but after clearance we received all our goods within short time.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The Nelson team provided me with a range of boxes to allow me to pack up my household items for shipping to UK. They wrapped my musical instrument cases for protection. Everything arrived to the UK in the stated timeframe and in perfect condition. Communication was great. I was even able to track my goods en route as the details of the ship transporting them was supplied.
