Business Continues - But Not Quite as Usual

Auckland and Upper Hauraki regions are now at Alert Level 3. The rest of New Zealand is at Alert Level 2.

Moving at Alert Levels 2 & 3

We are able to provide nationwide moving services, including the delivery of import shipments and packing & uplift of export shipments under strict health & safety guidelines. We have enacted our Alert Level 2 & 3 Safety Plans to protect the health and safety of our employees, customers, suppliers and communities.

Unfortunately we are unable to unpack cartons on import deliveries in regions at Alert Level 3. We will place cartons into the required rooms and leave them for clients to unpack at their leisure. We will return at a later date to collect empty cartons and packaging.

Clearing the Backlog

As Auckland has been locked down for several weeks and we have been unable to perform physical moving services we now have a backlog to clear. Over the past 48 hours we have been very busy re-scheduling services and communicating to clients.

Pre-Move Surveys

Our team are all fully operational and here to assist you.

• For clients requiring a pre-move surveys during Alert Levels 3 we have the safety and convenience of Live Video Assessment or Self Assessment.
• For clients requiring a pre-move surveys during Alert Levels 2 we are also able to offer Onsite Assessment.
