Delivery guys were fantastic. Every piece arrived and in one piece. I had fragile goods from overseas and was very concerned about NZ roads and trucks bouncing all over the place. My goods arrived in perfect condition. In saying that, the guys said it was the best packed load (from the US) they had ever seen. It was both of the companies that did a great job beginning to end and I am thrilled. On this end, Conroy did everything professionally and were very helpful via phone calls and emails and with sorting import costs (in my case none due to a death in the family). I found Daniel and all the staff very helpful. If there is a next time, I'll use Conroys for sure. MP Preston
Due to my mothers failing health. I havent been able to get back to u till now. Bluntly we would never recommend your company to anyone. I stand by my original complaint also the packing was atrocious so too was the way Conroy'spacked mums storage unit. I intent post on FB the way yr company handles your customers belongings.Look closely how the clearly labelled fragile boxes crushed under heavy items an the bedside cabinet now broken.
Great service at both ends of delivery. Good communication throughout our moving process.

Daniel was very good to deal with movers arrived on time and had container packed and gone in 3hours very good service.
Whilst the packing team that were sent to my house from the North Island were very pleasent and nice, it wasn't until after they had packed and gone that I found they had missed packing several cupboards and draws in the kitchen. Also during the packing process into the truck, I had to keep going back around and pointing out things they had forgotten to load. I almost feel like they were more interested in talking and having a smoko break, than ensuring they had everything. The truck driver was very nice and helpful though.Also when the goods were delivered, there wasn't clear information on the outside of the boxes to tell you what was in them, so everything just got put everywhere with no rhyme nor reason. My bedroom furniture ended up in 3 different rooms in the house it was delivered to. Also some of my furntuire was damaged as there was no packing put around my antique draw sets, and my new freezer has a large gark (dent) in the side of it, as with my fridge having lots of small dents in it. I have moved several times in the last few years, but this was the one I have had the most issues with.
I did however appreciate that Conroys were able to move me at very short notice which saved me a lot of stress.
