To all Customers and Partners,

At midnight on March the 25th New Zealand is moving to COVID-19 alert level 4. As a result we regret to advise that as from Thursday 26 March we will not be able to provide our transport and removal services for the duration of the nationwide lockdown. The government have asked residential housing landlords to keep their tenants in place and advised home sellers and buyers to work together and postpone their settlement days. The intent is clearly to keep everybody at home and restrict movement.

Over the COVID-19 lockdown period we will maintain all normal communication channels for customers, service partners and employees. We will still be providing quotations and booking jobs in our operational diaries (for after the lockdown period). For those who want firm quotations we will be conducting video surveys by our trained consultants not physical home visits. We will do everything possible for our customers who have booked with us throughout this period and will have a team of people available working from home to assist with your queries and concerns. Moving forward our priority is for the wellbeing of our staff, their families and you as our customers. We understand this is not the outcome you had hoped for and regret that we are not in a position to proceed further.
